Steps to planning your trip:
1. Consultation - usually I do this with a phone call where we discuss your hopes, dreams and thoughts for your trip.
2. Research - I will take a few days to research what we discussed and craft some options for you, utilizing my in-destination experts, specialized contacts and experience to find the best match for you.
3. Presentation - Your options will be presented to you via email. You have time to review, ask questions, and tweak.
4. Booking - Trips by Mary books your travel components and creates a custom itinerary just for you. Payments go through Trips by Mary directly to the travel partners we selected (cruise lines, hotels, tour operators etc.)
5. Payments - All payments go through me to the travel partner we selected.
6. Itinerary gets finalized and sent to you.
7. TRAVEL - the best part! You go on your trip and have an amazing time. (Trips by Mary gets paid AFTER you complete your trip.)
8. Review - please leave a review for me. And, I hope,

Mary is an extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful travel agent. We have used Mary for two trips now, one for Disney and one to Jamaica in January 2022. Mary coordinated our trip to Jamaica with another couple, ensuring that our rooms would be booked together, our arrival and departure with Club MoBay was reserved, she interfaced with the resort on our behalf if we had any questions, and she prepared us for international travel during Covid (which isn’t a walk in the park by any means!). Even with weather issues changing and delaying our flights in the days leading up to our trip, Mary was available to help us arrange other options and ensure we would be all set for our arrival.
