Like many guests, I have missed being able to park hop. My family loves to start the day in one park and finish in another. Even if it's just to grab dinner or dessert somewhere. Hello Les Halles pastries!
Starting January 1, guests with Park Hopper tickets or Annual Passes may park hop starting at 2:00 pm. Disney even provides bus transportation between parks! You need to have valid admission and there needs to be capacity space at the park to which you hop. Bus drivers will check your ticket by scanning either your Magic Band or ticket.
Make sure you still make a Park Reservation for your first park of the day AND you actually scan into that park. You may NOT hop to another park until you do so.
*Important note on Hollywood Studios:
In order to obtain the all-important Rise of the Resistance Boarding Group, you MUST have a Park Reservation and start your day at Hollywood Studios.
You may NOT hop to Hollywood and get a Boarding Group.
